Refunds & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping on our website - if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

OVERVIEW

We accept returns and will bear all responsibility of return postal charges if our product has arrived damaged or got misplaced at delivery. Simply get in touch with us with your order number and we shall issue you a refund after certain mandatory checks with 24-48 hours. We may ask you to send additional information about the condition the order arrived in when you contact. We would appreciate your cooperation in such matters. We do not, however, accept free returns if you change your mind about the purchase. Please appreciate that our products are generally oversized items with high shipping costs and we hope you make an informed purchase after reviewing the product description and photographs. In case you do not like the product or have a change of heart, you would be responsible for sending the product back to us using a tracked shipping service. Please reach out to us at the email address below, quoting your Order number and the tracking details and we will ensure your refund is processed in 24-48 hours.

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, contact us as soon as possible: orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of ordering There is no charge to cancel an order that has not shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled (please refer to the Returns Policy below)

Returns Policy

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.

Items must be shipped back to the original warehouse your package was sent from (at the cost of the purchaser) if the purchaser is returning for the following reasons:

• Better price found
• Changed mind
• Doesn't fit
• No longer needed
• Ordered wrong item

Your refund will be processed 24-48 hours after receipt of the returned item

Refunds may be held in credit against your account for future purchases if requested or directly refunded via the original mode of payment (ie your credit card or Paypal account)

You can return your product anytime within 15 days for an exchange or refund (not including the original shipping charge) subject to the following conditions.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

• The product was purchased within the last 15 days.
• The product is in its original packaging.
• You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from this website
• We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
