Caruso Consulting Co Ltd representatives and its distributors make no assertions or assurances that any Caruso Consulting Co Ltd products designed to prevent injury(s) or loss. Caruso Consulting Co Ltd is not responsible or liable for any injury, loss or damage caused by anyone.

To the fullest extent permissible by law , Caruso Consulting Co Ltd shall not be responsible or liable to you or any third parties claiming through or under you under any circumstances for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages or losses, arising out of your use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to interruptions or delays, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action, even if Caruso Consulting Co Ltd has been advised of the possibility of damage or loss. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Caruso Consulting Co Ltd maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount that you have paid for the goods to which the liability relates.

To the extent applicable law does not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, the limitations above may not apply to you.

Indemnity

The person using the Caruso Consulting Co Ltd unit indemnifies all representatives and distributors of the Caruso Consulting Co Ltd from and against all claims, lawsuits, including legal fees, and losses asserted against and alleged to be caused by the Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. This includes any and all claims for contributory liability and/or subrogation.
