Caruso Consulting Co Ltd operates this website. We use the information you provide to process orders, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries and maintain business records.

Information you provide

An order can include your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, purchased products and payment-provider reference. We also receive the information you include in a support or quote request.

Payments and service providers

Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal. We receive order and payment references rather than your full card details. Service providers supporting hosting, order storage, delivery, email and support receive information needed to perform those services. This can involve processing outside Canada.

Cookies and analytics

Essential browser storage maintains your basket and cookie preferences. Optional analytics is loaded only after you consent. Use Cookie Settings in the footer to change your choice. Embedded chat and enquiry services process the information you choose to send.

Retention and your requests

We retain information needed to fulfill orders, address support requests, prevent abuse and meet accounting or other legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about your applicable privacy rights. Some records may need to be retained for legal or administrative reasons.
